Manuel E. Rodriguez F.
Manuel E. Rodriguez F. graduated from J.M. Vargas University in Caracas with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1995. In 1997 he obtained Masters in Architecture from the University of Maryland College Park.
His international work experience started of with an Internship + fellowship awardee in RTKL Associates in Baltimore, MD. Where he worked in various projects in the United States, Europe and Africa which include the 1997 Hilton Rabbat – Morocco and 1997 Dolphin Mall – Aventura FL.
He continued wis work at RTKL Associates this time in Washington DC as a Design Architect at the Corporate Interior Department and worked in various projects such as 1998 IBM corporate headquarters in Colombia, Peru, Bogota and Lima and 1999 Pentagon Row in Washington DC. In 2000 Rodriguez moved to the Planning and Housing Department as an architect and urban planner where we worked in another series of projects including the 2000 China Olympic Village competition.
In 2001 he was responsible for setting up RTKL’s new office to handle the SouthFlorida, Latin American and the Caribbean markets. Projects included: 2002 Wanado Park, Sunrise FL, 2002 CC El Dorado, SaoPaulo, Brazil, 2002 Iguatemi Shopping, SaoPaulo, 2001 C.C. Lider, Caracas.
In 2003 Manuel worked on Beame Architectural Partnership in Miami as architect and lead designer of several large scale projects in Florida and Latin America such as the 2007 Condo Tower Ocean Side in Pompano FL, 2006 CC Mega Plaza in San Pedro Sula Honduras, 2005 Mix Use Whole Foods Center in Sarasota FL, 2004 Century Towers Condominiums inSunny Isles Florida.
In 2006 he founded and directed 7 Avenue Design. An international design office specialized in architecture, interior design and entertainment. Projects include: 2013 Grand Palms resort and hotel, FL – 2013 Florida Houses (3) – 2012 Hotel the Tides, FL – 2012 Design Center Venezuela – 2011 ARSAd. agency – 2010 Apetala Tower, Panama – 2009 Edu.Park Marina Kids, Margarita Island – 2009 cayenne loft condo, CCS – 2008 CentroMET shopping, CCS – 2008 Of.
